V.P. Filatov Foundation Delegation Embarks on an Official Visit to the People’s Republic of China

From May 20 to 27, a delegation of the V.P. Filatov International Foundation for Biomedical Technologies Development is undertaking an official visit to the People’s Republic of China to organize and conduct pitch sessions in the cities of Xi’an and Chengdu, upon the invitation of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education.

As part of the business program, Foundation representatives will take part in the “Silk Road 2026” international conference. The event will take place in Xi’an from May 22 to 25 and is aimed at developing collaboration among countries situated along the historical Silk Road in the fields of education and innovation. The conference will be held under the motto “Intellectual Resources in Education: The Innovative Silk Road”.

The purpose of the visit is to discuss new areas of cooperation, enhance collaboration in personnel training, scientific research, and translation of scientific achievements, strengthen educational partnerships within the Belt and Road Initiative, sign an agreement with Xi’an Medical University, and conduct pitch sessions.

• Oleg Stanislavovich Glazachev — Scientific Director of the V.P. Filatov International Foundation for Biomedical Technologies Development, MD, Professor at Sechenov University.

The program includes an opening ceremony, an international seminar on cross-disciplinary cooperation, educational exchanges, negotiations on joint projects, signing of agreements, and holding pitch sessions.

Participation is expected from representatives of the Ministry of Education of the PRC, the Government of Shaanxi Province, and foreign countries.
