The primary mission of the V.P. Filatov International Foundation for Biomedical Technologies Development is to promote the advancement of biomedical technologies in Russia and internationally. To achieve this goal, the Foundation unites scientists, clinicians, engineers, and entrepreneurs, organizes interdisciplinary research, supports innovative projects at the intersection of biology, medicine, and exact sciences, facilitates the implementation of developments into healthcare, and fosters international cooperation, educational programs, and ethical standards.

Filatov International Foundation for Biomedical Technologies Development is guided by the state program approved by the Government — the “Comprehensive Program for the Development of Biotechnology in the Russian Federation for the Period up to 2020”.
