How to Get Trained
- Submit an application on the portal https://edu.rosminzdrav.ru/
- Register or log in to your Personal Account on the Educational Center portal https://filatov-edu.confreg.org/
- Select your desired educational curriculum
- Pay for training in your Personal Account
- Study all curriculum materials of the selected program
- Pass the final examination
- Receive your certificate. Continuing Medical Education (CME) credit points will be awarded within 30 days in your Personal Account on the Educational Center portal and on https://edu.rosminzdrav.ru/
- For programs without CME credits, a certificate of completion will be issued confirming successful course completion.
You can pay for the selected educational program via bank invoice transfer or online by bank card directly on the website during order checkout.
To pay online by bank card, select the payment method “Online card payment” during order checkout.
Payment is processed directly during checkout. At Step 4, you will be prompted to verify and confirm your personal information and selected educational program by clicking “Submit”. A secure page will open prompting you to enter your card details. Once entered and verified, click “Pay” to complete the transaction.
Payment security is guaranteed using the SSL protocol for transmitting confidential data from the client to the PayMo system server for processing. Subsequent data transmission is conducted over closed banking networks of the highest security standard.
Processing of encrypted client confidential data (card details, registration details, etc.) is carried out in the processing center. Thus, no third party, including the merchant, can access the client’s personal and banking details.
If you made a mistake selecting your training program and paid for the wrong course, you may request a refund. Refunds are processed based on a personal written application within 14 days of receipt. Please email us at official@fondfilatova.ru, and our manager will provide the application form. Complete, sign, and email back the scanned form to official@fondfilatova.ru.
